What you need
- A Windows PC or Windows VPS (macOS ships August 15, 2026)
- MetaTrader 5 installed and logged into your broker or prop-firm account (free download)
- Your Velox licence key, from the welcome email
- Your Anthropic API key from console.anthropic.com, topped up with about $20/month, which pays for the AI's thinking and is separate from your subscription
Install in three steps
- 1. Unzip the download anywhere convenient (Desktop is fine) and run Velox.exe.
- 2. If Windows shows a blue "Windows protected your PC" screen, click More info, then Run anyway. Windows shows this for all new independent software while it builds reputation; your download comes only from this page.
- 3. Follow the wizard: paste your licence key, connect MT5, and the dashboard goes live. The bot configures its own risk limits from your balance.
